Remember a couple months back when we told you that Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr had reunited in the studio to lend a hand with Ringo’s upcoming album. Well, now you can finally hear what some of the fuss was about.

Ringo has just released, “We’re On The Road Again,” a punchy song about life on the road that will be appearing on the former Beatles drummer’s 19th solo album Give More Love. (LISTEN BELOW.)

The track features some aggressive bass-playing and vocals from Paul as well as contributions from Joe Walsh, Edgar Winter and the song’s co-author Steve Lukather of Toto. McCartney has also collaborated on another track for the album, “Show Me The Way.”  Give More Love is slated to be released Sept. 15 through the UME record label.

Ringo and Paul last collaborated on Starr’s 2010 studio album Y Not.

McCartney will be resuming his One on One tour with a pair of concerts in Newark, New Jersey on Sept. 11 and 12. After that, he’s  scheduled to play several shows in New York, Detroit, South America, Australia and New Zealand.
