Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all products and services offered by Liebman Media, LLC, doing business as For Bass Players Only (“The Company”).
Bottom Line Club membership subscriptions Membership plans renew automatically at the end of their respective cycles unless cancelled by member prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscription payments are non-refundable, with the exception of subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of any trial period, if applicable. Members are responsible for payment of the entire period for which they enrolled. No pro-rated refunds will be issued if a member cancels anytime during their membership period. Any trial or introductory offer (including, but not limited to, free trials, discounted trials, or limited-time introductory offers) is available to new members only. Members who cancel their membership and later rejoin within 12 months of their most recent cancellation date are not eligible for any trial or introductory offer upon reactivation. Eligibility for such trial or introductory offers may be reinstated after a period of 12 months has passed since the member’s last cancellation. Members who wish to cancel have the option of pausing their membership for up to 3 months, with no charges assessed during that period. Paused members may return anytime during that three month period at the same rate being paid prior the membership being paused. If, however, they return after the end of the paused period, they must pay whatever the membership rate is at the time they return. If a member upgrades from a lower-priced membership tier to a higher tier and later chooses to downgrade, the member will be subject to the membership rate in effect at the time of the downgrade. Previous or legacy pricing will not be reinstated once a membership has been upgraded or changed.
Membership Renewals and Refunds Paid Bottom Line Club memberships are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a paid membership and to any subsequent change from one paid membership level to another. A member who cancels within 14 days of the initial purchase or membership-level change may request a refund of the payment associated with that purchase or change.
After the 14-day guarantee period, membership payments are non-refundable except as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions. Members may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges. For annual memberships, cancellation after the 14-day guarantee period does not result in a refund of the current annual payment. The membership will remain active through the end of the paid membership period and will not renew.
Refund requests for recurring membership renewal payments must be submitted within seven (7) days of the payment date. Refund requests received more than seven (7) days after a renewal payment has been processed will generally not be honored.
Cancellation requests submitted shortly before a scheduled renewal may not always prevent a pending renewal payment from being processed. If a renewal payment is processed before the cancellation takes effect, the membership will remain active through the paid billing period, no further recurring charges will be made, and the refund policy above will apply.
As a courtesy, for memberships with renewal periods longer than one month, For Bass Players Only generally sends reminder emails before recurring renewal payments are processed. While reasonable efforts to provide these reminders are made, delivery cannot be guaranteed. It is each member’s responsibility to keep their contact information current and to manage their membership prior to the scheduled renewal date.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, For Bass Players Only reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any refund request or make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Digital course sales Sales of digital courses, including Power Grooving, Bass Guitar for the Rocker in You (BG4), are subject to the refund policy as published for each course. Modules are drip-fed, with a new module made available to purchaser approximately every 7-10 days until all modules have been delivered. Failed payments, including those for purchasers on a payment plan, may result in revocation of access to the course until payments are received. Unless otherwise indicated, payment for all other digital courses, including “mini-courses” and backing tracks compilations, is non-refundable. Certain courses may be offered either as standalone purchases or as part of a membership program. When access to a course is provided through membership, continued access is governed by the terms of that membership and not by standalone purchase terms.
