Born into a musical family in Idaho, Shem von Schroeck is an accomplished bassist, vocalist, composer and theatrical performer. As a child, Shem began singing on many national radio and TV commercials, continuing to do so into his twenties. In addition to having performed in many theatrical and operatic productions, Shem has played bass and sung with Tom Jones, Marie Osmond, Christopher Cross and many others.
FBPO’s Jon Liebman caught up with Shem before a recent Kenny Loggins performance, with whom Shem plays bass and keyboards and sings.
