Bassist/multi-instrumentalist is reimagining the music of Peter Gabriel

NYC-based multi-instrumentalist Jeremy Nesse certainly marches to the beat of his own bass. Though some days, he might also be marching to the sound of his Chapman Stick or some of the various other instruments he’s been known to play. Over the years, Nesse has worked with bands and artists ranging the musical spectrum, from rockers like Moving Picture Show and High North to rappers like Hyro Da Hero. He’s also known for his dedication to Through the Wire, a project that reimagines the work of Peter Gabriel, with the assistance of a ton of world-class musicians, including Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto, Gail Ann Dorsey, Julie Slick and Jakko Jakszyk.
