A native of Canada, Jason Raso is a master of the bass guitar, as well as a composer, bandleader, author, and educator. So far he’s released 10 albums as a leader (with number 11 currently in the works). Jason has worked as a columnist for Canadian Musician Magazine and written several books, including Bassline Continuum and Raso’s Rollicking Rhythm Reader. His latest album, Stringspan, was released in 2022.
