Marco Mendoza is the epitome of rock bass royalty. Originally from Tijuana, Mexico, he has spent more than four decades touring the world as a sideman, composer, and vocalist. In addition to releasing four solo albums, Marco has performed and recorded with some of the biggest names in rock, including Thin Lizzy, Ted Nugent, Whitesnake, Blue Murder, The Dead Daisies, Neal Schon (Journey), Dolores O’Riordan (The Cranberries), Lynch Mob, and Bill Ward (Black Sabbath). In June 2025, he kicked off the Surfing with the Hydra summer tour as part of the SatchVai Band — a new project uniting guitar legends Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. Later this year, Marco will launch his Shoot for the Stars UK solo tour, beginning in September 2025.
