A native of Solingen, Germany, Peter Baltes is best known as the longtime bassist of German heavy metal group Accept, with whom he has recorded over a dozen albums, garnering sales of over 30 million units.
Baltes has also recorded with Simon, Wright, Terry Bozzio, the Scorpions, John Norum, Dokken, Glenn Hughes, Gary Moore and many others.
FBPO’s Jon Liebman caught up with Peter at the 2015 summer NAMM show in Nashville, Tenn.
