This album features a collection of standards from the jazz repertoire, including Love For Sale, I’ve Got the World On A String, Bye Bye Blackbird, and Giant Steps, among others. On Trios Two, the other two thirds of John’s trios are made up of: Lee Tomboulian & Jason “JT” Thomas; Brian Piper & Mike Drake; Jason Bucklin & Mike Drake; and Marchel Ivery & Ed Soph, drums.
