Kyuss/Fireball Ministry bottom man can’t say enough about his brand new, 8-string, chrome, Warwick “Katana” left-handed bass!

Originally from Barstow, CA, Scott Reeder is a bassist, engineer and producer, best known for his work with heavy metal group The Obsessed and “stoner rock” band Kyuss.

Being a lefty, Scott plays a left-handed bass, which he strings like an “upside down” right-handed bass, similar to former Yellowjackets bassist Jimmy Haslip and a very small number of other bass players.

FBPO’s Jon Liebman caught up with Scott at the 2016 Warwick Bass Camp in Markneukirchen, Germany.
