A native of Ireland, Tanya O’Callaghan is a “first call” session player and touring musician, widely revered for her groove prowess, whether she’s playing blues, funk, R&B or any of a multitude of other musical genres.

The list of artists with whom Tanya has performed and/or recorded includes Ronnie Wood, Joshua Eustis, Orianthi, Maynard James Keenan, Don Mescal and countless others, including her current (but separate) touring gigs with Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider and up-and-coming singer/songwriter/dancer Jordan Fisher.

FBPO’s Jon Liebman sat down with Tanya at the Warwick Bass Camp in Markneukirchen, Germany to get caught up on her busy touring schedule, gear arsenal and more.
