Colin Trusedell is an extremely versatile upright and electric bass player, equally skilled in jazz, fusion, pop, and rock. He’s also a prolific composer, arranger, and bandleader. Colin’s work has been cited in Downbeat, Jazz Times, All About Jazz, and several bass publications (including forbassplayersonly.com!). Colin has extensive touring experience with the U.S. Navy and Air Force bands. He’s also appeared on NBC’s Today show, Fox & Friends, the Montel Williams Show and ESPN’s SportsNation. Trusedell runs a national booking agency called MyShowsLive, as well as his own record label, MyShowsLive Records. He’s got a brand new record, his eighth release as a bandleader, called The Places We’re Taken. It features seven original compositions, as well as musical flavors from various regions of the world.
