Get Down Fast from the “Illegal” Part of the Bass
Ever find yourself way up high in the upper register of the bass, needing to get back down to the low notes fast—but not quite sure how to get there?
In this week’s Essence of Groove, I show you a simple trick for getting from way up high back down where a bass player belongs—in a hurry. And it works with both major and minor chords.

Loved this one. Reminds me of guitar player that would actually say while playing some song to me…John you’re to far down, play higher. I would ignore him…one night the Drummer yells at him… HEY…John is playing with the drummer..ME!
